Usually the 7 size ring i wear fits me perfectly but when i wore this one it felt too tight and really got stuck when i tried to take it off. I got confused so I tried my 7 size ring which I wear almost everyday and that one fits me perfectly. It's a serious issue since this ring wasn't cheap and now it's no use if it doesn't fit me. Also they're not responding to any of my mails or msgs i sent on WhatsApp. Very disappointed
